RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS 

Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to accommodate refunds or exchanges for change of mind. 

 

Iverson and Co cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items. We take great care in securely packing and inspecting all packages before dispatch. In the event of damage upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number, along with photographs and a description of the damage. Failure to notify us within the specified timeframe may result in the refusal of a damaged return. 

 

If your order is determined to have been damaged in transit due to the courier's fault, we will provide a replacement for the same item. This replacement will be shipped within 24 hours of receiving notification of the damage.

 

Ensure careful packaging to prevent further damage, and use registered or tracked post. Upon receiving the item and confirming it as faulty or damaged in transit, we will refund the purchase price minus the delivery cost. For refunds, customers are responsible for the return shipping fees. We retain the right to reject returns that do not meet the specified conditions above.
