FAQ’s & TURN AROUND TIMES
DESIGN PROOF
After selecting your favourite design, proceed to place your order. Within 1-2 days, you will receive a design proof via text or email. Once you approve the design, we will commence our creative process. If you wish to make any alterations, just inform us, and we will adjust accordingly. PLEASE NOTE: Should we not receive your feedback within 3 days of sending the draft for your approval, we will assume that the proof is satisfactory, and we will proceed to craft your order.
FOIL PRINTS
Given the handmade nature of this product, minor imperfections may be inherent. In particular, on foiled areas, slight imperfections are unavoidable due to the hand foiling process. The presence of some visible black areas where the foil has not adhered perfectly is possible. While every effort is made to minimise imperfections, if any are present, they should not be mistaken for a faulty product.
FONT CHOICES
You will receive a selection of fonts with the celebrant's name during the draft process.
SOCIAL MEDIA
Given that all our items are custom-made, we retain the right to showcase product photos in our listings and on social media. If you prefer your order not to be featured, kindly inform us at the time of purchase.

TURN AROUND TIME
-Rosaries and Candles (excluding box sets): Customised rosaries and candles require a processing time of 10 business days, in addition to shipping time.
-Box sets and chocolate favors: The production time for all chocolate favors and baptism box sets is 15 business days, plus shipping time. Small acrylic baptism box sets can be shipped, but our large deluxe baptism packages are exclusively available for pickup only.

URGENT ORDERS
You may opt for the urgent order upgrade before adding the item to your cart to expedite processing in alignment with your event. Please ensure that there is sufficient time for creation and shipping, taking into account transit times. If uncertain about our ability to meet your time constraints, please enquire before placing your order. If, after placing the order, we find it unattainable within your timeframe, we will notify you and proceed to cancel/refund your order. Depending on your location, it might also be advisable to consider express post; please inquire first if unsure.
LOCAL PICKUP
Iverson & Co operates from a home-based studio and isn't a traditional shop front. Consequently, local pickup availability is limited strictly to Monday to Friday between 10 am and 7 pm. We are located at Schofields, NSW 2762. You will be notified when your order is ready to be collected and we will arrange suitable times with you. Please notify us if you have nominated another person to collect your order.
SHIPPING
Australia Post serves as our chosen courier to promptly deliver your order directly to your location. Our delivery service ship all over Australia.
Estimated shipping times: You can check estimated shipping times to your location from postcode 2762 via the Australia Posts website. Transit times vary depending on your location, we send via regular post unless you have chosen to upgrade shipping to express post. Standard delivery can take anywhere from 2-3 business days or up to 8 business days for regional/rural areas.
Every care is taken to ensure that you receive your order in the exact condition we have sent it. We are not liable for any damage or loss of goods due to poor handling cause by third parties.
Please be aware that Iverson and Co cannot be held responsible for postage delays occurring after your order has departed our studio. Additionally, please take into account that time frames may be impacted by external factors and holiday periods before placing your order.
TRACKING
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been posted. Your order number can be found in your confirmation email. You can view the current status of your order via Australia Post.
If no one is home when your delivery arrives, your driver will leave it in a safe place. if there is no safe place to leave the delivery, the Australia Post app will provide you with collection instructions. If your parcel has not successfully synced with your MyPost account, your delivery driver will leave a collection card.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to accommodate refunds or exchanges for change of mind. For additional details on returns and refunds, you can find more information [here].
PAYMENT METHODS
Online, we accept PayPal, American Express, Visa, and Mastercard. Upon completing your purchase, you will receive a copy of your receipt/invoice via email.
CARE AND SAFETY INFORMATION FOR PRODUCTS
Candles:
- Never leave a burning candle unattended.
- Keep candles out of reach of children and pets.
- Do not place candles near flammable materials.
- Trim candlewicks to 1/4 inch before each use.
- Burn candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
- Extinguish candles before leaving the room or going to sleep.
Chocolates:
-Store in a cool, dry place and consume within expiry date.
-May contain nuts.

Rosaries:
-Choking Hazard: This product contains small parts that may pose a choking hazard for children under 3 years old.
-Parental Supervision: Use only under adult supervision.
-Not a Toy: This rosary is intended for religious purposes and is not a toy.
-Keep Away from Pets: Keep out of reach of pets as small parts may be harmful if ingested.
-Inspect Regularly: Check the rosary regularly for signs of wear or damage. Discontinue use if any parts become loose or broken.
-Dispose Properly: Discard packaging materials properly to prevent suffocation hazards.
